This is an application developed by Professors Mi-seung Kang, Min-jung Kim, Na-yeon Yoon, So-min Oh, and Su-bok Lee of the Department of Speech Therapy and Hearing Rehabilitation at Woosong University as part of the 2023 ICT-based Living Lab project in Daejeon.Currently, as an aging society progresses due to low birth rates and increased life expectancy, the number of elderly people requiring care is also increasing.
Accordingly, the Woosong University Living Lab team thought that communication between caregivers and guardians was important, so they planned and developed the Daily Connection application.
Daily Life Connection is an application that allows caregivers and guardians to share without communication difficulties by using the same application to complement communication problems between caregivers and guardians in the process of sharing the daily lives of dementia patients.‘Daily Life Connection’ allows you to easily check the daily life of a dementia patient with a simple operation.
For example, caregivers engage in activities in areas such as writing diaries and posting photos and videos, and guardians can check diaries, photos, and videos written by caregivers.We hope that the Daily Connection application will help facilitate smooth communication between guardians and caregivers.
